Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the ohkayy.com website and the free financial tools available on it. By accessing our website or using our tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These terms apply to ohkayy.com only. If you are a client of our managed AI consulting services, your relationship with us is governed by the Managed AI Consulting Services Agreement you signed, not these website terms.
2. Our tools
Our calculators provide estimates based on publicly available tax rates and formulas. They are for general information only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Tax rules are complex and individual circumstances vary enormously. Always consult a qualified accountant, solicitor, independent financial adviser, or other appropriately regulated professional before making financial decisions.
In particular: our tools cannot account for your personal circumstances, specific tax elections, reliefs you may or may not be entitled to, interaction effects between different taxes, or changes to the law that occurred after our last update. The results our tools produce are starting points for a conversation with a professional, not final answers.
3. Accuracy
While we take great care to ensure our calculations are correct, we make no warranty — express or implied — that our tools are error-free, up to date, or suitable for any particular purpose. Tax rates and thresholds change, sometimes at short notice, and our tools may not reflect the very latest changes immediately. Always verify important calculations with HMRC or a qualified professional.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohkayy Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, special, or consequential — arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our tools or this website
- Any reliance you place on the results produced by our tools
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our content
- Any interruption or unavailability of the website or tools
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Ohkayy Ltd or our licensors. You may use our tools freely for personal and professional purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, embed, scrape, or commercially exploit our tools or content without our written permission. If you'd like to use our tools on another website or in a commercial context, please get in touch.
6. Privacy
Our website privacy policy is at ohkayy.com/privacy. Short version: we collect no personal data, set no cookies, and use no tracking scripts.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
